We worked to clearly communicate how the developer platform helps creators solve common business problems and made it incredibly easy to create an API key and get started with documented examples. The API documentation content was completely reorganized and rewritten with a more human & helpful tone that matches Eventbrite’s approachable brand.
The result was an increase in active API users and usage.
